How to Order

You can place your order online using our PayPal facilities.  This service accepts Visa and Mastercard and bank transfers.  If you would prefer to make a credit card payment over the phone please contact us to do so.  Payment must be made in full prior to any order being dispatched.  Please note, credit card numbers are securely collected by PayPal and are used solely for the purpose of transmitting to the banks for processing.  No credit card information is ever stored by Ani & Trio.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential.  Any information you submit will solely be used to process your order.  Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless required by a court of law.  Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Exchanges

At Ani & Trio we aim to provide you with the highest quality product, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it within 7 days of the receipt date.  Exchanges will be given providing the item is unused, unwashed and undamaged and with all labels intact.  An additional delivery fee will be charged for this service.  If your item was purchased on sale, no exchange or returns are applicable. 

Faulty Items

Faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt date, with all labels intact.  Ani & Trio will give a full refund on any faulty item, on approval of the fault.  Delivery costs will not be refunded.
